He announced that "the Company continues our strive to commercial roll-out, we have slightly increased our headcount" and 8 days later he told you that the company" has reduced head count", using the same tense...past.....in both statements.
"Business conditions change"?
"he has decided to slash costs in conjunction with boosting fuel output"
What business conditions changed that led him to believe that the best way to support the commercial roll-out and fuel output boost was with less people, as he told you on November 16, rather than more people as he reported to the world on November 8?
By the way, when you were chatting on November 16 and you....
".....asked about run tickets and he said no. He said fuel production took off the last part of September and carried forward through all of October and continues as of now. The company will NOT engage in short term numbers to try to boost the stock."
...did this big bold post of yours on November 13 come up in your 11/16 conversation?

Did he acknowledge changing his mind between the AGM and 11/16 about providing run tickets or did he say he didn't make that promise in the first place?
