You couldn't be any more dead wrong. The 10Q mentions a historical statement that they increased the headcount slightly in the past. It most certainly does not say that going forward costs will be up.
Absolute and complete nonsense that exists nowhere in the 10Q. In fact, the 10Q specifically mentions reducing white collar staff.
Furthermore, the slightly increased headcount statement was in the reuslts for the NINE months ending September 30. The THREE month section makes no such statement.
A little deductive reasoning, and if there's mention that in the 9 month section of increased headcount, but not the 3 month section, then the increased headcount occurred in the 6 month period ending June 30, not the 3 months ending September 30.
And, hey, what do you know? We got a new CEO and a new COO during the 6 months ending June 30. That's a slight increase in the headcount. Then during the next 3 months, where the headcount language was eliminated, perhaps the CEO and COO did some slicing and dicing of costs that continue today.
