Did a quick math and here's some of it

If SEO has 43% of the current 738.9 million shares he got 317 mill and can subscribe to 105 mill totaling in 423.6 mill which remains excactly 43% of the 985.4 million shares after fully subscription. In order to have a controlling interest he needs to buy an additional 78.8 million shares (8%)

One would reckon that Kenya is hotter than the JDZ ever was?
I truly hope that there is plenty of interest in this block, but that ERHC (OFFOR!!!) wants to take the new gamble himself...
