Hey Greg if you know Keith then you know that Keith's hobbies are...rock climbing, martial arts, car and jet ski racing, martial arts, skiing, martial arts and martial arts etc, etc......

Did you know that where Keith is from, men settle things like men, with martial arts.....Did you know that Keith, gets in the ring at least once a month?...... To do his martial arts stuff of course.

Keith is 36 (and in to martial arts, of course) but over the last two years, Keith has come under some health problems. It has limited some aspects of his martial arts, but enhanced other parts of his martial arts. Now he trains harder in his martial arts because he has to.

Did you also know that Keith is just one test away from earning his black belt (in martial arts)....he's not bragging (about his martial arts skills), he is just speaking the facts....
