There is no way in Hades he would be able dump anywhere near that number of shares without running this thing minimally into double zeros and perhaps beyond. And I'm banking on he has some seriously nice news in the pipeline to make that very scenario go down.
He lit the fuse last week, but now the thing has to detonate to make the magic happen. News coming either tomorrow or first thing next week IMO.
