I have no doubt regarding KK's character, tenacity, managerial skills, etc

(except for the website being down for so long, however)

IMO, all of the skill in the world won't make treasure appear.

IMO, there is a HUGE element of chance involved with successfully salvaging significant treasure from the ocean floor.

SFRX's disclosure is there for a reason. It's a very long shot to be successful.
