What is that supposed to mean? Who decides if someone is "honest"? I don't see a judge anywhere. Except that the class action against SCEI has already been dismissed, by a judge. Doesn't that count?

Does management have to suck up now, and kiss ass, to get a market maker to quote this stock? Is that how it works?
SCEI is working on the restatements, if any, and then the auditor will sign off on it. They have confirmed this in a letter to the SEC. This is a complex accounting issue that had to be resolved.
Well, that's the official version. I wouldn't want anyone to actually buy the stock. Oh no... heaven forbid.
