Thanks. We tried to address the issue of how many shares R&R actually had, and I don't think it was anywhere near the potential 2.5M that is often quoted. There is actually no proof that they received shares from any of those warrants. I think they are out and have been for a long time.
The UMK-121 clinical trials appear to still be in the recruitment stage. I'm not sure about the timing of Iceman's calls ($50 in May), but successful trials should put the share price in that vicinity.
Does anyone know the answers to the below questions. I am currently considering investing in PROT and have listed my 10 most important questions.
1. How many shares outstanding and how many on a fully diluted basis? 2. How many warrants and options outstanding, and what are strike-prices? 3. How many shares does management / insiders own. 4. Are there any institutional owners in the stock? 5. Has PROT ever raised capital before, and if yes what were the terms? 6. Does the company have any revenues right now or do they have any license agreements waiting to kick in that will result in revenues. 7. What is the company's burn rate? 8. What is the companys balance sheet? 9. How are they able to support the burn rate? 10. I have not seen a Q or K filed - is the company filing their Q or K under a name under than PROTEONOMIX
