OT...Tax Software Question...

I just bought the Turbo Tax software program but ran across this article regarding TRADER status. I'm a TRADER and wanted to make sure this situation has been resolved before entering 400-500 trades onto my return manually only to find out later its still a problem....if anyone uses Turbo Tax and is considered a TRADER for tax purposes I'd appreciate it if you can give me some feedback....thanks in advance.
