APWR just settled the investors lawsuit. Scuttle but on APWR was they went as dark as they could to force a settlement on the lawsuit, and to avoid US presidential politics over the $500 million dollar Texas Windfarm they are building that the US Senate majority leader was involved in, Harry Reid, as the Obama0Reid-Democrat-USDOE stimulus funding losses were mounting and piling up, AONE (Now being bought by a China billionaire on the dirt cheap..), the Solar giant that lost 500 million (I forget the name), and several others (one was huge flywheel power storage tech...)
