For those who have made comments in regards too current processes:

* There are a lot of changes going on behind the scenes
* It also takes intensive attorney inquires to make sure these changes are for the good in regards to A FINAL outcome. [Prior Shells/Entities]
* Every shell/entity-involved has to be thoroughly gone through in order too produce the type of investor interest we've seen here!

For anyone who thinks a prior shell/entity has a clean slate in the process of change, hasn't a clue as to how this systematic series of events takes place! It's called: Greater Due Diligence Up_Front!!!
