That's exactly what happened! Prop. 2 got voted down because the governor and Repugs started campaigning against it immediately. I know some teachers who voted against it and boy are they sorry now! It had some extra stuff in it that they weren't sure about, and some of their lawyers told them not to put it in the constitution for some reason. Anyway, Snyder said he wasn't going to do what Wisconsin did...but he lied...like they all do!
