Wirog - I have thoroughbred horses, and in the winter I race in Tampa. It's only an hours ride to the track from where I just bought in Lakeland.
Rest of the year I'm up north, PA, MD or even SD, depending on my business (motorcycle insurance, rally's, etc)
Had open heart surgery last year and had to sell my house in Tampa - broke more than my wallet, broke my heart (no pun). Couldn't afford to buy anything decent near Tampa - money goes a lot further over here.
Next year I'm looking to buy a condo in St Augustine - for retirement in a few years.
