There isn't one shred of evidence to support your ramblings on this subject.
No proof that there is any significant naked short
No proof that regulators have done anything to prevent ST from being spun out.
I really have no issue with ST not being spunout I have an issue of Scott saying it would be and not delivering on it or explaining why it hasn't.
Credibility is everything in the pinks and when you announce things be it new NI reports, Spinouts, deal closings ect and don't deliver you are viewed just another stinky pinky.
There is a reason that buyers aren't flocking to SRSR despite its market cap being 17 million, which is probably less than ST, its trivial subsidiary is worth alone. Let alone a possible financing deal on with the Niobium property which has historical proof of significant valuations.
The reason no body is taking advantage of the stock price and buying up the cheapies is because after all the not delivered PRs investors lack confidence in management to deliver anything.
Shorts have no impact on people buying because of value but lack of follow through will. There isn't enough confidence in management that it can deliver a deal that easily puts the stock 5x higher?
I believe the stock would be bolstered by Scott delivering on ST or telling us why he can't.
