studying both USPIX and RYVNX charts from TA view--aren't we pressing downside envelope, i dare say.
RydexOverall Ratio was 0.66 as of this morning.
The one thing i would like to see would be the MACD to do a plunge( that would be the screaming buy signal,imo). Stos have plunged and snaking along the floor, RSI is maxing out, but MACD has not.
Tempest only fund with uglier charts that i can see.

looks like profunds is coming or just came out with 2 short sector funds as of 9-12-05. THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!!! no hurry to short the oil and gas but the real estate one would be of interest

they look to be the short version of oil and gas fund and real estate fund.

In edit: it appears they wont be leveraged and will only be 1x short which is a bummer imo. so yes its good news that they will have more options to choose from on the short side, but not having leverage is a disappointment
