Why do people scream 'manipulation' for every move a stock makes that doesn't correspond to a move they expect?
I always find that intriguing. LOL
1....when a stock rises like FB has without news
most people would call it manipulation
Or some people might actually call FB joining the NASDAQ-100 Index (Nasdaq: NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq: NDXE), and the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector Index (Nasdaq: NDXT) on Wednesday, December 12, 2012....news, eh?
The date of reposition has yet to occur, btw.
2....when a stock rises like FB without positive revenue stream
most people would call it manipulation
And some people actually read the balance sheet.
3....when a stock rises like FB with last Q reporting losses
most people would call it manipulation
See number 2 above
4....when a stock rises like FB with over 2 billion unlocked shares sold
most people would call it manipulation
Or that someone saw a good low point. Whats the change in fund ownership or is the world all about the day trader nowadays?
I was thinking FB would go down - I have orders in at 25 and at 22 (or there about)
but you know what?
The market doesn't care what I think. The repositioning reigns right now.
JMHIKEYDF Opinion.
