I admit you have a valid point here, although you tend to take this allowance to the very limit. I don't think Zeev has a problem listening to a dissenting viewpoint, its when that viewpoint becomes like an angry bee, buzzing around one's head nonstop. Naturally, one's instinct is to swat it.
Frankly, it is unfair to Zeev to monopolize so much of his thread analyzing your human condition and fitness to post. It is after all Zeev's thread, I do not see "Sylvestor's Turnips" listed anywhere in the header. In that regard, I think we are in a sense Zeev's guests, free to expound on any topic we choose, but also observing a certain degree of decorum as befits any guest.
At times you are like a demonstrator who bursts into a dinner party at which a lively debate is ongoing: you proceed to jump on the table and march up and down, barking out your angry manifesto, and pointing your finger at anyone who disagrees with you. The fact that some (myself included) may find you at times amusing and on target, does not excuse this behavior.
I respect your right to free speech, but where are your manners?
BTW: What is this obsession you have with assigning blame, of getting someone to admit they were "wrong"? Have you never been wrong? Do you think it makes someone a lesser person to admit they were wrong?How do you expect to learn if you are never wrong in your suppositions? Or are you all-knowing? (These questions are more or less rhetorical--no need to respond).
