Maybe....but all the more reason to make sure it is as public as possible...regardless of his years on the 'throne'...he can go down in flames for all the world to see and destroy his life's work if he is going to play favorites.... would be sad really....
if so, he'll be discredited later by a higher court anyway...
hopefully he makes "wise" decisions as they are supposed to and just get this done....
