trueblue, Both Steve and Jay were both asked on the witness stand if they had seen ANY reports from their emerald experts that placed a value on any of the emeralds. Steve and Jay both denied seeing any reports with a value of the emeralds.
Both Steve and Jay also denied on the witness stand knowing anything about anyone placing and enhancing oils on the emeralds. However, Jay later recanted and threw his brother under the bus and stated that his bother enhanced 2 bags of emeralds with a substance.
In post 9606 I wrote what the only expert on the witness stand valued the emeralds at.
