Unless you are stating that your recent statements regarding how poorly Scott is running this company are fact,let this board see the evidence not your opinion....

It is as much fact as someone stating that Scott and his family own shares.

EDIT: I will add that that "proof" also does not truly make a fact. Just because it is on the internet doesnt make it fact.

The same can not be said about any of the "Facts" posted here day in and day out.

As far as evidence of Scotts lack of competence it is simple to find but hard for many to admit.

I will state only 1 thing as to not be "bashing" The divi was to be made years ago and they did not because Scott failed.

How about where the money came from with the private placements? Any "facts" on that?

How about you also read the post and see that what was posted was not fact.
