I wasn't as confident Dusty, I am now at 90%+ in cash having taken advantage of the price jumps. Even my NPCT is gone. Looking for the next opportunity but will spend time if it is necessary. One doesn't have to be fully invested to make money today, the key is to be careful with what you have. IMO.
