So The sky is filled with butterflies and it rains bliss in SRSR land but you have no clue if what you posted is right. There are NO insiders here that can be proven as far as I know.
If you would like to post some kind of fact about insider holdings I would LOVE to see it. That would make me feel better. But it seems to me that they could have sold every share they had in SRSR and since they gave everything to a private company as soon as the private company sells the public company is screwed.
Now if you would rather talk fact instead of make believe for good or for bad....read my WHOLE post and answer the questions there. I am looking for other opinions. I am not claiming that the company has the "sky falling". I am saying that YOU have no clue if they don't.
They could be perfectly fine. They could be the biggest scam in the world. That is not what the questions are about.
Since you seem to be a bit over informed compared to the rest of us could you please answer these questions and a couple that you raised with your comment...
What happens to SRSRs PPS when the assets are gone?
What comes first? SRSR being sold, or ST being spun out?
If the answer to the above question is "SRSR Sells" doesnt SOE than own ST as well?
If the answer to the above is ST Spin out... doesnt SRSR need to be fully reporting according to Finra to be able to give a Div?
How is it that ST spin out and the JV/ buy out can happen without SRSR being fully reporting?
I think you might be forgetting something.
Scott, family members, and Merle all own shares in the company
You have forgotten that this is only a guess.
You only THINK these people own shares. Since A) the company is not fully reporting you can not know to what extent. And B) Last I know none of these people were 5% shareholders so none report what they own.
How many shares does Scott own? And Merle?
Which of Scotts family members own shares and how many do they own?
