From my guys on the Hill: "The latest major action was back on 3/26/2012 when it was referred to Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee. Sponsor is Michael F. Bennet of Colorado. It currently has two co-sponsors – Senator Hatch and Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina. Related bills are H.R. 5334, S.2516 and S. 3187. The Chairman of the Committee controls the agenda and schedule of hearings and markups. I will look into it further and let you know what I find."
