I see the proposed JV deal worth about 8 cents, through in 2 for ST and we hit a dime easy.
1/2 of the property is costing the SOE 32 million of they ever sign. So SRSR gets the other half 32 million plus the cash 32 million or roughly 8 cents add a couple pennies incase ST ever spinout and SRSR should fetch a dime at minimum.
