I think the Neo Con mentality is such that it wanted to go to war. Not solve the problem but go to war. Make glass! Of the people on the most wanted Terrorist list from the fall of 2001 only one has been found. The emotions of the world could have been applied to the war on terrorism. The Israeli problems for instance, problems in the Philippines. The whole world was willing to help. Arrest were made just the other day in Germany. But the Neo Cons want to make this a divisive battle. Fuck the French and all that. Belittle the GERMANS for not wanting to rearm??? Focus on Saddamn is just dividing world opinion, making the US look like a fool. We didn't need to send 200,000 people to the Middle East just to make Saddamn think we were serious. (People who in the last few days are being caught in sandstorms.) I don't understand this exercise at all. We already had the No Fly Zone. Saddamn has like 50 Migs, or are they French? During the "Gulf War" it became apparent very quickly that Iraq could not mount an opposition. Do you really think they can now?
