Thanks for the leads. I see that Hamm Phillips is in Gillette (where the McBeth facility WAS) and MBI has an office in Sidney (where the Waldo facility WAS). I will contact both. It's always informative to talk with folks in the areas with knowledge of the facilities and their activity which, in most of these cases seems to be little to none.
In regard to the location of the facility (Wibaux County) it looks to be well strategically placed; on paved two lane (E-W) and paved two lane access to right to the entrance drive. It's located just across the N.D. border from Beach which has railroad line haul connection with the BN.
