They're hauling only oil from Gillette to Wibaux??? I thought the plan was to haul salt water from Gillette to Wibaux and dump it in a well. Then I'm thinking the saltwater was being relocated because WY rules would no longer allow storage of saltwater so they transport it to MT where the rules are more permissive. Will you remark on this scenario? If they are transferring oil, either raw slop oil or reclaimed processed, that provides two different reasons for the transport to Wibaux; if it's raw slop then there could be no processing facility at Gillette and if the slop is processed at Gillette but transported to Wibaux for Shell pickup it could be because of economies of logistics. It's the saltwater that is most disconcerting because it could mean that the co. is just using the Michels property as a dump site and a bankruptcy could leave management held harmless (not the share holders) and not responsible for cleaning the well or wells, which dumps it all on the land owner. There goes the ethics and principles touted on the co. web site. Either way, if you're a share holder, don't plan on seeing share appreciation at any time in the future.
