See that cliff? Same old story. Too many of these scams to nail them all, especially after it's too late.
SEC needs to focus on shutting these things down before they happen, not after. Hopefully they're adapting to how scumbags run these things and can catch them the moment they start one of these crappy P&Ds designed only to enrich insiders.
As for SNPK, the clean-up crew will hang around while it's resting, to keep up appearances. Eventually it might get pumped again, but it will likely have moved on to a completely different biz model by then. Maybe sponges next time! lol
