At this point, JV suitors at BCSP may be wanting to just get their feet wet as everyone watches Pebble proceed, so it is possible no full fledge JV rather small incremental funding for small project equity. KY posted an example of this. But they have until next spring to iron that out, but logic suggests there is some commitment backing them.

As far as JV at HM, I would prefer not until ZTEM and scout drill yields high grade ore at depth. Would rather see a nice private placement of size com in now. This is my hope and the path is cleared...

I am trying to free up some money to get some ASAP.

We all agree thatthis is a high risk / high reward speculation play. No bread and butter money goes here for me. Only profits from some other play.

80 % of mine are in the mining sector, so it's hard to part with the few good ones. Not many in the green, Gold and Silver prices are having an effect on some.

Back to LBSR, I believe in the great great potential here. I also believe we are one PR from the greatness being un-leashed. I believe that the whole mining sector is greatly undervalued.

I have never wanted as much as I can get as I do LBSR.
