"Unfortunately, if that new owner happens to be Searchlight (as the result of a repo), then they no longer have any legal commitments whatsoever to any of Bezanno's four WY corporations, much less NMGL, according to the terms of all previous publicly documented contracts."
So Bezzano got paid, ran for the hills, and never paid Shareholders. Now NMGL defaulted and the "interests" went back to Searchlight.. and Bezzano or Ron Y. never release an update to it's Shareholders. And closes shop so it doesn't have to do so.
Yeah, I say this is an EASY lawsuit.
