You hit the bull-eye. Game rental will catch on movie dvd rental in 2-3 years because of better games and better tech. I think GZ may also consider to rent game consoles such as cube, PS2-3, xbox to lure more cheap player with affordable monthly fee. GZ can hook up player to game console mfg so that it does not have to invest cap in game eqpt. There are many small things GZ can do to improve its service and make money if JF really wants to do something good for himself and shareholders as well as DVD rental ind. The dvd rental business model is set up and has been proved and accepted. Just execute it.
