While I appreciate your effort to actually hold management accountable, instead of retreating into ENSSFM fantasies, I see one major problem- the 800 pound gorilla in the room, as it were, for recovering from Lumb & Lowenthal.

Lumb & Lowenthal are utilizing the "don't poop where you eat" principle Where Lumb & Lowenthal eat, of course, is in South Africa and the U.K.

Which creates the following problem: I see obtaining a judgment against crooked FFGO management to be fairly easy. Enforcing it over international boundaries- now thats the hard part.
