R/S NO WAY!!! No Doubt a supposed empty shell that filed a 15D deregistering all types of its shares LOL!!!! good point there is NO WAY a R/S will happen ..

It's more a case of misunderstanding than getting facts straight.

Oftentimes when a shell is used to take a company public via a R/M a R/S is necessary to clean up the SS.

There are boards on iHub that you can go to in order to learn the process.
