I have found several SEC filings that tie Lumb to FFGO and its earlier descendant companies. I found one 2008 filing and several 2005 and 2004 filings. I sent along another email to the lawfirm. I linked every one of the filings and explained that Lumb is a potential target to pursue. I haven't found the "smoking gun" regarding Lumb, but, it could be worth looking at along with the other details provided in the other email that was just sent.

Proving complicity in the dividend process may be another story. Back to the DD for me LOL.

1) Right click company published PDFs.. you'll see Stephen Craig Lumb's name in the document properties. (You can also see his name in RENS, NMGL, etc. reports which he supposedly has no involvement either - they are all his shells)

2) The money trail will point to Lumb. If NMGL was broke (per RENS 8K), then I doubt Ron Y. had $258M. So my guess is Lumb furnished that shell money. Just have the Attorney pressure Ron Y. under oath to find out where that money came from.

3) Look at the old filings. Lumb's history and involvement with FFGO is all over the old filings.
