These guys are seriously reaching, LOL - hearing DNYS is going to make some huge moves this upcoming week :)

He didn't get sued. It was an official complaint and all he got after not responding to their liking was a cease and desist. Purely frivolous. It is in North Dakota. Not relevant to this at all.
