While I am grateful that the judge denied the preliminary injunction, I am even more grateful that he explained what the case is about. The various contracts, warrants, and the like are Greek to me. The judge's decision distills/refines those documents into the material provisions.

So, I would add EXPLAINED to your DENIED comment.
