More than a year has gone by with zero results from the "full legal, political and personal effort", so I think you all better get used to the stock being chilled. Tom Allinder took BBDA on as a client while promising that he could get the chill removed. Notice that he failed. He even had a chill removal website for a while but took it down.

I'm sure they were impressed when tough guy Brian Weber showed up to "confront the organization and demand an explanation."

Apparently they either told him to take a hike because his scammy pink sheet junk stock deserved every bit of the chill it enjoys or he got his explanation and realized there isn't a snowball's chance it will get removed - because after all this empty bluster, the issue was quietly swept under the rug.
