The big winner from the iPhone 5's arrival in China is the country's smartphone buyers.
On Thursday, China's regulator approved the iPhone 5 for launch on China Telecom and China Unicom's networks. A potential market of 132.8 million 3G subscribers on the two networks should boost Apple's iPhone sales, which came in at 26.9 million units worldwide in the third quarter.
So my thoughts are now the Iphone 5 is in abundance finally and will meet holiday demand. The mini ipad is selling like hot cakes as well. And it looks like the new macbooks and imacs are starting to roll out at full production capacity.
The product cycle is in full effect. I hope for this quarter to be the biggest in the company history. what are peoples thoughts on theses factors?
Honestly, my only concern/curiosity/whatever-you-want-to-call-it is what regular iPad sales will look like since the release of the mini iPad. In other words, will their regular iPad sales stay about the same (or even increase) while mini iPad sales take off or will regular iPad sales be lost to the mini? We'll obviously have to wait and see how it plays out.
