outstanding shares x price = market cap. authorized shares can be lots higher.
At 0.030 the company has a $7.5 million cap.
if all authorized shares were outstanding, the cap would be $30 million cap.
Also, it appears that all options are counted as fully out and excercised in the share count (I believe this is how we went from 100 to 250 million shares so fast--- the pref B shares - with 125 million count when convereted)
