Spot on Jack! No question Mr. Lenfest is in the catbird seat and controls what happens here in the future. He can give the regulators some time to try and clean up our markets meanwhile giving the company a chance to grow and become profitable. He can serve as the bank if needed although I think the company would be smart to set up a line of credit with a solid local bank.
If he tires of waiting he can punish those who have abused TEVE and make them pay big bucks for shorted shares. This is why nobody is selling shares and those who are able continue to accumulate. Go TEVE!!!
