Does anyone know the exact float from Friday and the shares ourstanding (common and others)? Dumping shares for funding (i.e., giving shares for a loan... but telling us they are not dumping... Can anyone believe that?)...

How does a company make payroll, adminstrative costs (building, utilities....) without a profit to pay for it?

I heard UBRG was going to be bankrupt in 2011 why has it not happened yet. How do they keep buying AFFILIATES. ROTFLMFAO! JMVHO!
