Net sales from NEEL and NEX global is $170,885 combined with CWS sales at $195,000 with current sales orders in excess of $230,000. Not to bad .4 million in sales in 2012 so far.

WAFR Current Market Cap = $1,081,592
$10M / $1.08M = 9.25 factor
Current PPS = 3 cents x 9.25 = 27.77 cent PPS liquidation value only.
Conclusion: WAFR is trading 9 times lower than its liquidation value, thus we have a STRONG BUY here. Period !
