When you want to build a whore house you get a good construction guy. You cant blame the construction guy for what the building is used for.
Joe is a builder. I cant really dump Dean in bed with Joe. Joe is just a tool. It was Deans warped vision or loss of vision to be blamed. I think Joe did a great job with Q. He raised the funds needed. I bet ya Mike K would love to have 2.5BB shares of N sold by now. Hell Joe even took an investment in Deans story.
Seems to me That lost vision is what Jeff took from his lessons under Dean. Of all the things we know of Dean, Jeff takes walks away with that jewel.
You need to thank Joe, not beat him down. If not Joe, Dean would have found another, probably one that would have BK this to hell and back a year ago. I can see Dean now calling Joe to raise another $1.5mm to buy into that float plane. Whats Joe gonna do? tell Dean he must have suffered a stroke? Hell no, do what he is paid to do, raise money.
I see Joe as a guy who give way too much rope, enough for all to hang them selves then comes in and tries to make it right.
Joe has out maneuvered this entire Q/N story. I can get behind that. Its why I think Q is a great buy below a dime.
