Without a doubt. I'd never buy this junk. Joe should be thinking on the lines of removing any thing with a prayer to become something into another shell and let this turd die on the vine.
If it has reoccurring interest just let it sit on a shelf for ever. The shell is worthless anyways. I can show you many shells with deep debt that are hopelessly sitting DOA with never a soul with half a brain to touch. I think I own a few, LOL
