#77253 RE: SIIX #77250

I have the benefit of having exchanged e-mails with him, so your skepticism remark is befitting and understandable.

The SEC was not the only federal agency that was contacted with regard to MIKP/Newbauer, according to this former employee, as told to me.

I can only point to the DTCC chill, and subsequent SEC action putting MIKP out to pasture. I think it's plausible that the SEC took more notice of MIKP, once the DTCC released the chill. I think it also plausible that the DTCC and SEC work in conjunction to rid public markets of Pink Sheet companies who make grandiose claims of revenue, but have little to show for revenue, other than stock sales.

The former employee's real-world name is known, due to his association with MIKP. His real-world name is mentioned in MIKP public disclosures; so it's not difficult to investigate whether he changed his name or not. I have no interest in finding this information, but some may.

Changing one's name is quite simple. It really is a matter of walking into a courthouse. Ask any married woman.

U dont just walk into the courthouse or DMV and say i want to change my name. ya know. lol
