Sosa,
If the questions I ask will help in any way for TMobile to win their lawsuit against CLYW, then by ALL MEANS don't answer any of them.
However, if you are implying that I in ANY WAY am working for, or trying to help, or using this board (ridiculous) to try and help anyone, any corporation, or any entity in trying to squelch the value of the patent to the detriment of those of us who currently hold stock certificates (or receivership certificates or whatever you call the stock certificates now) in CLYW then you are completely wrong. I work or help nobody but myself when it comes to anything involving CLYW or their 923 "Holy Grail" patent.
The absolute only reason I ask any questions on this board is to try to understand what the patent is and does. For sure, I didn't understand what the "Distance Calculation" was until DSU made it clear (is he really right? I couldn't say, but it seems to agree with what CLYW attorneys say (ie: no distance calculations are necessary, only that phone be within the "up to" distance of, say, a wireless router - the distance calculation is the router manufacturer's "up to" distance.). To me, DSU's and CLYW's argument about what the patent is is completely NOVEL to me and I am even happier about our chances now.
I have a right to ask and try to understand because I owned stock in CLYW right up to the time the company was put into receivership. In other words I presently own some receivership shares of CLYW.
