That was my point. People say things without actually verifying it themselves. TD is the worst penny trading platform out there. They are always saying there is a chill on stocks when there is not.
I think it would benifit their customers to complain.

I wouldn't be surprised if CBIS moved to a bigger exchange like NASDAQ or AMEX. ..maybe in the near future?. btw with scottrade i can buy n sell no pro! CBIS Rocks! GLTY.

dadx4: When I tried to buy CBIS at .085 ask at noontime, TD Ameritrade would not let me buy it because "there is a DTC chill on CBIS", as they put it...of course, that was at noontime, when the MMs were busy covering their shorts while dipping the price, so they didn't want my buying competition to interfere with that.
Please change your sticky to be more accurate and say "Sometimes there is a DTC chill on CBIS".
I'm going to confront TD Ameritrade in person at their office and ask them why there is a chill, and why I couldn't buy it today. They allowed me transfer it to them from my other brokerage, so they should allow me to buy and sell it, in all fairness.
