Quiet Period - Too many use "quiet period" too broadly. News and other info can come out during any "quiet period".

Hey PJ used it, and for a reason. Yes news can come out of the company providing it does not "promote" the stock.


Now as far as APPLE goes.....I don't believe that the industry will give up on copy protection and APPLE won't give in to the music industry either. They will reach some sort of accord that will be in the best interests of all the companies.

As far as MMXT being the front runner? well when we hit the 145 mil cd's copied I will agree. Until then it is still under "test" like the other copy protection companies.

It is nice to see an extremely positive stance in the face of no facts or rather the fact that the facts are ignored.

Fact bmg said recently they have 15m protected cd's.

Fact the ipod today is king of the hill. Why would they give into anyone, they are the INDUSTRY STANDARD.

Fact no merger.

Fact no funding for merger.

Fact share price (yes we all know), but it'as the only guage we now have.

I am not even sure how the contracts/agreements with bmg is binding for any length of time and what guarantees do we have they will not chuck us aside.

Dark noise was the answer, but apparently that was another pig in a poke we got involved with.
