Cannabis as medicine already exists within Federal programs run by the NIH for more than a year now ..... so any government policy claiming marijuana has no known medical benefit is a glaring contradiction to fact since MMJ is officially available for specified medical conditions ....... maybe this is the reason the schedule-one challenge was finally heard October 16 in D.C. ..... with the inclusion of medical evidence for the first time ..... a ruling directed at the DEA by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, by December 16, might prove to be a fine Christmas gift for all ...... when MMJ research will finally be given a full head of steam to move onward ...... then we may start noticing meaningful change on a global scale ...... this is critical to real progress ...... legalization is an alternate vector for profound change ..... but still leaves out legal complications for serious research scientists unless they work in a "safe-state" ...... free of persecution ..... let's end the BS ..... NOW .....
