It is easy to kill bacteria - what is much harder is doing so without significant toxicity to the host. And there is no mention in the PR of even animal tox data.

This newly discovered antibiotic works by inhibiting the target DNA pol III alpha, an enzyme present in all bacteria and essential for their growth

This statement suggests the enzyme is present in gram-negative bacteria yet unfortunately there's no mention of activity in this class.
